Selection Technician - ALDI Masquefa - 40h Permanent

Your main duties will be:

• Internal customer service.
• Carrying out the recruitment and selection process for store and logistics profiles.
• Posting job offers.
• Phone and in-person interviews.
• Group dynamics.
• Workshops and team cohesion.
• Managing staffing requests with external providers.
• Managing documentation and onboarding of new hires.

What we EXPECT:

• University degree (Labor Relations, Psychology, Labor Sciences).
• Desirable 1-2 years of experience in personnel selection.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• ESSENTIAL: residence near Masquefa, driving license and own vehicle.

• Workshops y cohesión de equipos.
• Gestión de peticiones de personal a proveedores externos.
• Gestión de documentación y onboarding de nuevas incorporaciones.

Lo que ESPERAMOS:

• Titulación Universitaria (Relaciones laborales, Psicología, Ciencias del Trabajo).
• Deseable experiencia de 1-2 años en selección de personal.
• Disposición para trabajar en equipo.
• IMPRESCINDIBLE: residencia cercana a Masquefa, carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
