The role

Would you like to be part of the maintenance team that ensures the smooth running of our production processes? We are looking for a Mold Maintenance Technician to reinforce the Workshop team at our Alicante plant.

Ensure the maintenance of the molds by working on their repair, performing preventive maintenance and modifications requested by Quality, under safety, quality, execution time, cost, and sustainability standards.

What you'll do

- Report deviations and potential risks detected in the molds.

- Review of safety closures, rings, pallet condition, as well as the cooling circuit and connectors.

- Visual checks of the condition of microswitches, leaks, hydraulic hoses, and electrical cables. - Maintenance of the cooling circuit.

- Knowledge of the handling of toolroom machinery, milling machines, grinders, saws, EDM, etc...

- Comply with safety regulations both regarding the molds and within the work environment.

- Adjustment of mold elements for proper functioning, as well as part dimensions according to the provided drawing.

- Ensure compliance with the delivery of the mold on the agreed date.

- Perform and guarantee mold repairs under the supervision of the manager.

- Assist production with tasks that, by their nature, must be performed on injection machines.

- Guarantee the care and maintenance of the versions and all components of the molds.
