The role
What you'll do
- Provide support for functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities in digital applications.
- Coordinate and monitor project initiatives, ensuring compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
- Design, document, and validate use cases, test scenarios, and testing plans.
- Participate in the definition and optimization of conversational flows and digital customer journeys.
- Collaborate with business teams, technology teams, and providers to guarantee the quality of implemented solutions.
- Identify incidents, document them, and perform follow-up until their resolution.
- Prepare progress, risk, and test result reports for the various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and project management.
