- Coordinate that the commercial strategy and the priorities of all branches are aligned throughout the Sales Office.
- Analysis of data information and monitoring in Diallz and Power BI for decision-making in the Sales Office and Branches. E.g.: Preparing monitoring meetings, product presentations, among others.
- Sending information for the monitoring of the achievement of business objectives for the Commercial Units.
- Act as an interlocutor between Lines - Headquarters - Network to report changes in new products and convey incidents from the Network to Headquarters.
- Monitoring of annual budgets for conventions, events, campaigns, and guaranteeing the best use and care of all assets in the branches.
- Support for the Sales Director and DS (campaign monitoring, incentives, events, presentations).
- Supervision of non-preferential quotes (High Risk)
- Coordinate the Training coordinators (Internal/External) and Marketing (preparing Agent/broker workshops, campaigns, CSR, among others).
- Coordinate the Business Support Unit / Business Development Unit
