Scholarship for Obtaining the D License Aimed at People with Disabilities

At Alsa we believe in talent without labels. That is why we are launching an exclusive programme of 15 Training Scholarships with a Commitment to Permanent Hiring, designed specifically for people with disabilities who want to develop their career in the passenger transport sector.

What requirements are needed?

This programme is designed for people with a desire to learn and a service vocation who meet the following requirements:

• Disability certificate (minimum 33%), Permanent Total Disability (IPT) and/or status as a former passive-class pensioner. 

• Residence in Cantabria and availability to attend in-person training.

• Education level equivalent to the Certificate of Schooling.

• Be registered as a job seeker with the Cantabrian Employment Service.

• Minimum age: 24 years.

• Category B licence and passing a driving test with a car.

• Have at least 10 points on your driving licence.

• Passing a personal interview focused on skills and commitment to customer service.

What does the scholarship include?

• High-Quality Training: Become a professional bus driver.

• Full Funding: D driving license and Initial Passenger CAP.

• Guaranteed Employment: Upon successfully completing your training, we will offer you a permanent employment contract at Alsa.

• Personalised Support: Access an onboarding plan designed to suit you, with the support of an accredited Trainer.

En Alsa creemos en el talento sin etiquetas. Por eso, lanzamos un programa exclusivo de 15 Becas de Formación con Compromiso de Contratación Indefinida, diseñado específicamente para personas con discapacidad que quieran desarrollar su carrera en el sector del transporte de viajeros.

¿Qué requisitos son necesarios?

Este programa está pensado para personas con ganas de aprender y vocación de servicio que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:

• Certificado de discapacidad (mínimo 33%), Incapacidad Permanente Total (IPT) y/o procedencia de clases pasivas. 

• Residencia en Cantabria y tener disponibilidad para asistir a la formación presencial.

• Nivel de estudios equivalente al Certificado de escolaridad.

• Constar como demandante de empleo en el Servicio Cántabro de Empleo.

• Edad mínima: 24 años.

• Permiso B y superación de una prueba de conducción con turismo.

• Posesión de mínimo 10 puntos en el carnet de conducir.

• Superación de una entrevista personal orientada a competencias y compromiso con el servicio al cliente.

¿Qué incluye la beca?

• Formación de Alta Calidad: Conviértete en conductor/a de autobús profesional.

• Financiación Completa: permiso de conducción D y CAP Inicial de Viajeros.

• Empleo Garantizado: Al finalizar con éxito tu formación, te ofreceremos un contrato de trabajo indefinido en Alsa.

• Acompañamiento Personalizado: Accede a un plan de acogida diseñado a tu medida, con el apoyo de un Formador acreditado.
