Requirements

What we're looking for

Type of license: D license, passenger CAP, and tachograph card.
Points: possession of a minimum of 10 points on the driving license.
High capacity to offer positive and quality attention to customers.

Nice to have

Previous experience driving buses and/or similar vehicles will be positively valued.
Having residency in Ibiza will be positively valued.

What you'll get

If you do not have residency in Ibiza, the company can help you look for accommodation and will assume a partial cost of the housing.

Work center: San Josep de Sa Talaia (Ibiza).
Contract type: Permanent-seasonal (from 20/11/2026 to 31/03/2027), with the possibility of continuity during the summer season.
Working day: Full-time.
Schedules and days off: Weekly rotating shifts according to a roster (morning, afternoon, night) with the possibility of having split shifts. Days off will also be rotating (5-2 or 6-1 rosters, always respecting the 90h biweekly calculation).
Salary: €27,307 gross/annual (including the proportional part of extra payments) + variables to be generated.

The role

We are looking for driving staff in Ibiza to perform regular line services (urban and interurban). Additionally, if your performance is positive, you will have the opportunity to perform discretionary services throughout the island.
