What you'll do

The person who joins will primarily perform the following tasks:

  • Analysis, design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem (especially Sales and Customer Service modules).
  • Direct interaction with internal clients and Business Partners to translate business needs into high-level functional requirements, while maintaining focus on the day-to-day execution of technical development.
  • Management and execution of evolutions and new projects on the platform.
  • Monitoring of tasks, deliverables, and work methodologies using Jira within a consolidated team of approximately 10 people.
