Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in Health Economics and HTA: minimum 4 years
Advanced degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or similar fields (minimum MS degree or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of health economics and experience with HTA submissions in key markets
Project organization and management experience
Experience in project team supervision and leadership
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have

Proficiency in Excel/VBA; R is a plus
Fluent English; French or any additional language is a plus

What you'll do

Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen, in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide.
Act as lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator, etc.) and HTA submissions
Interact with clients to understand their needs
Identify optimal methodological solutions to address client needs
Lead implementation of solutions and development of high-quality deliverables
Lead client meetings
Act as project manager on Health Economics and HTA projects
Serve as main point of contact for clients
Coordinate work of internal team members
Represent company expertise in presentations, conferences, and external events; contribute to proposal preparation
Provide management and technical support to team members within Health Economics and Market Access department
Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development)
Deliver on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team
Act as Project Manager, Lead Analyst, and/or technical advisor on specialty projects
Ensure optimal staffing and quality of deliverables within your cluster
Set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision
Support development of project extensions or proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients
