Lead HEOR studies and evidence synthesis activities, including systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons/network meta-analyses, burden-of-illness studies, patient outcomes, healthcare resource utilization, utilities, productivity and other analyses that support the value proposition.
- Serve as the HEOR technical lead for HTA submissions and local negotiations: Provide global oversight and guidance to local teams on robust HTA approaches, model adaptations and evidence requirements. Support technical discussions with HTA bodies, academic collaborators, external experts and consultants during HTA processes to achieve optimal access and sustained reimbursement through the product lifecycle.
- Provide strategic HEOR input to value strategies and evidence-generation plans: Represent HEOR within relevant global cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder value considerations are incorporated into strategies from early development through lifecycle management. Provide expert input into integrated evidence generation plans to address future access and pricing evidence needs.
