The role
Launch – Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe
Opportunities in locations including: the UK, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the Netherlands. While we will consider location preferences if possible, we ask you to be as location-agnostic as possible since you may receive an offer from any of these corporate locations. Fluency in English is essential for all roles in Europe and local language skills are highly desirable for some positions, but are not essential for every role.
At Amazon, we are excited to offer MBA candidates the opportunity to launch into big careers with limitless possibilities. We know searching for a full-time role is as much about finding a company where you can picture yourself being successful as it is about finding the right role. We look forward to meeting you and your classmates this year. As we get to know you more, we invite you to get to know us better. Visit www.amazon.com/about to learn more about...

• We are looking for candidates who want to own, build and impact the customer experience over being tied to a specific role or team. The role and team placement will be based on business needs and as Amazon continues to grow we cannot guarantee that you will be based in the location or business area of your choice, but we will do our best to take your preferences into account.
• Make sure to list your MBA program and expected conferral date (month and year) within the Education section of your online application and on your resume.

Key job responsibilities
Launch, Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe, recruits top MBA international talent and builds broad, adaptable Amazonians across corporate businesses in Europe. The program provides a platform for MBAs to make the successful transition from their pre-MBA experience to Amazon. We run a three-year program offering two job rotations supported through on-boarding activities, core training modules, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Launch MBAs start by diving deep to understand customers and how the business is meeting their needs, then apply the learning from their MBA and their own creativity to identify the opportunities where they can make the biggest difference. At the end of the three-year program, MBAs have integrated into Amazon’s peculiar ways and have acquired a diverse set of experiences that enable them to take ownership of their next career move through Amazon’s extensive internal job opportunities. Through the rotation process, MBAs are able to move to a new function, business, and/or European location.
