The role

Every day is different in this role. The work you’ll conduct is both proactive and reactive, requiring you to analyse the Services Recycling environment and work quickly to resolve any operational issues. You will find improvement opportunities and implement them in the network. What you'll do

Key job responsibilities

-Plan resources and manage disruption to transportation for your site

-Report on metrics using performance dashboards

Create automated reports for stakeholders and leadership teams

-Conduct root cause analysis and use insights to inform site process improvements

-Communicate and present information to the appropriate teams

How you'll work

This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts and on-call duty.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data

Nice to have

- A degree

- Experience of working with SQL, VBA Python, R, or other programming language

- Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership

- Experience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed. With a focus on safety, productivity and innovation, we’re changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.
