We want to incorporate an Indirect Procurement Technician to guarantee the acquisition and purchasing process of the assortment of materials necessary for the operation of the indirect procurement and packaging department, ensuring profitability and value for the brand, in order to respond to the strategic and sustainable needs of the company.
- You will carry out the research, selection, and negotiation with assigned suppliers, in order to guarantee that the product is aligned with the group's philosophy, with the most favorable agreements for the purpose of providing the best possible product to the stores.
- You will carry out continuous improvement actions in the global process: SKU (stock key unit) stock control and internal and cross-functional Retail Operations processes for the purpose of minimizing costs, improving sustainability, and the efficiency of current processes.
- You will participate in circular economy, waste elimination, and optimization projects within the Ametller Origen Group, collaborating with the different business units, for the purpose of minimizing the CO2 footprint impact of the Ametller Group's actions.
- You will participate in the creation of packaging, PPE, cleaning materials, machinery, etc. projects from start to finish led by the manager, choosing the most suitable materials, configuring the structural, sustainability, and logistic design with the supplier, and participating in the closing and validation in order to ensure delivery on time and in the correct manner to the internal client.
- You will be responsible for the resolution of different incidents (returns, incomplete deliveries, palletizing, etc.) linked to suppliers in technical terms, in order to solve the problems derived from the relationship.
- You will carry out the maintenance, updating, and revision of the computer system (SAP), registering new references, prices, customer data, etc., in order to ensure truthful information and guarantee that demand is aligned with the real needs of the stores.
- You will manage, organize, and verify technical data sheets, certifications, and artworks in the internal database in order to ensure correct documentary classification and guarantee compliance with different product and environmental regulations.
- You will assume and carry out the missions that are considered necessary for the area, in order to guarantee correct operation, while participating in the training and improvement actions necessary to professionalize the task and that of the Group.
