We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Technician to carry out talent acquisition actions for assigned processes, such as posting offers and conducting group dynamics and competency-based interviews, with the objective of providing an agile response to the personnel recruitment needs in our stores.
Manage the different phases of the selection process, such as CV pre-selection, telephone interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews and group dynamics, ensuring efficient organization aligned with the needs of the recruitment team.
Communicate the evolution of the processes to candidates and the internal client, ensuring a positive and transparent experience throughout the entire selection process.
Participate in different actions related to the employer branding project: attending job fairs, Talent days, presenting the company at training centers, universities, etc.
Register and update candidate information in the database, guaranteeing its quality and availability.
Coordinate the onboarding of new collaborators to favor their integration and adaptation to the work environment.
Attend to and respond to internal inquiries, advising, resolving incidents and offering support to operational areas to guarantee close and efficient service.
We will contact you in an initial call where we will explain the offer and the conditions of the position in more detail; if it suits you, we will propose a first interview with a technician from the Talent Acquisition team.
The second interview will be with the Talent Acquisition Leader.
During the process, you will also meet other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
