Logistics Administrator

• Training in Logistics, International Trade, Administration, or similar.
• Experience in an industrial or logistical environment.
• Knowledge of customs management, Incoterms, and international documentation.
• Fluent use of Excel.
• Minimum English level B2

From Ananda Gestión y Soluciones RRHH, we are selecting a Logistics Administrator for a company in the metallurgical sector. Dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of industrial supplies. Located in Zaragoza.

• Management of collections and shipments: requesting and comparing transport quotes.
• Communication and coordination with the sales and warehouse departments to coordinate shipments and collections at the client's site and at the company.
• Preparation and control of packaging documentation: preparation of packing lists and verification of parcels.
• Management and control of relevant documentation.
• Management of the receipt and shipment of dangerous goods, in coordination with specialized consultancy.
• Supervising import processes and compliance with international regulations by requesting the (DUA) from transporters.
• Management and monitoring of transport incidents and logistical and product Non-Conformities.
• Management of sales returns and purchase returns.
• Responding to information requests from internal customers.
• Proposal and implementation of improvements in logistical and operational processes to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Monitoring and control of logistical KPIs.

Requirements:

• Initial 3-month contract through an ETT (temporary employment agency) with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Every other Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
