We are selecting Production Operators to work in a consolidated company in the agri-food sector, located in Cistierna (León).

We are looking for a responsible, committed person accustomed to working following production, quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.

What you'll do

Feeding and controlling the production lines.

Handling, selection, and packaging of legumes.

Preparation and conditioning of the product.

Visual quality control during the production process.

Placement, labeling, and palletizing of the finished product.

Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area.

Compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.

Support in general production tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in production, the food industry, or similar positions will be valued.

Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, night shifts, or split shifts.

Availability to travel to the workplace. (Own car)

Responsible, committed, and punctual person.

Ability to follow production procedures and standards.

What do we offer?

Initial hiring through a contract with Ananda ETT.

Stable position, with real possibilities of subsequent incorporation into the company's permanent staff.

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

Initial schedule in rotating shifts

Morning shift: from 06:00 to 14:00 hours.

Afternoon shift: from 14:00 to 22:00 hours.

Split shift schedule: 9:00h to 13:30 and 15:00h to 18:30h

Night shift: from 22:00 to 06:00 hours.

Salary above the collective agreement.

Initial training for the correct development of the position.

Integration into a consolidated company in the agri-food sector.
