The role

At Ananda consultoría, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join the Bilbao headquarters of a leading company in the design and equipment of workspaces.

What you'll do

Functions:

Supplier management: orders, delivery notes, invoices, and incident tracking.
Customer invoicing and control of collections and payments.
Maintenance of customer and supplier databases.
Filing and control of administrative and contractual documentation.
Administrative support to project teams and management.
Telephone and email customer and supplier service.

Minimum requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position.
Experience in invoicing and supplier management.
Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
Organized person, rigorous with documentation, and with good interpersonal skills.

Will be valued

Experience in companies within the construction, renovation, or engineering sectors.
Experience with management software or ERP systems.

What we offer

Permanent contract.
Salary: €25,000 gross per year.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:30 (30-minute lunch break) and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30. In July and August, intensive working hours from 8:00 to 14:30.
On-site work in the center of Bilbao.
Possibility of professional development within the company.
