The role

At Ananda Gestión ETT, we are looking to hire a Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Technician to join a company in the hospitality sector, located in Granada.

We are looking for a person with a technical profile, the ability to diagnose and repair faults, and a customer orientation, who wants to develop their professional career in the field of maintenance and technical assistance.

What you'll do

-Diagnose faults and perform repairs on customers' equipment and installations.

-Identify the needs for materials, tools, and spare parts for each intervention.

-Complete work reports and document the actions performed.

-Coordinate with the SAT service manager and with other departments when necessary.

-Perform technical interventions to guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment.

-Offer professional service oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Duties

REQUIREMENTS

Training in industrial cooling, refrigeration, electricity, cooking equipment, ovens, and professional kitchen machinery will be valued.
Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training related to installations, maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, or industrial machinery.
Previous experience as a refrigeration technician, heat and cooking technician, industrial machinery technician, or general maintenance technician will be valued.
Experience with professional hospitality equipment will be especially valued.
Ability to diagnose breakdowns and resolve technical issues.
