Staff for Industrial Bakery in Getafe (M/F/X) 🥖 JOIN OUR TEAM IN GETAFE! Are you passionate about the world of bakery and food production? 🍞 At Manpower, we are looking for profiles for an industrial bakery located in Getafe, dedicated to the production of bread and pastry products for various clients and chains in the food sector. Daily work focuses on offering fresh, high-quality products, and to continue growing... we need people like you! 🙌 💼 What do we offer? The position offers a real opportunity for job stability, learning, and development within a solid industry with a future. You will start with a temporary contract (between 3 and 6 months), and if everything goes well (which it surely will! 😉), you will have the possibility of direct incorporation into the permanent staff. 💰 Salary: €12.01 gross/hour - approximately €1,920 gross per month. 📅 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7 hours per day + 20 minutes of rest. 🔄 Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. 📍 Location: Getafe (Madrid). 🧰 Available positions We are looking for people eager to learn and contribute in different areas: 👷‍♂️ Warehouse Assistant: reception and organization of materials, loading and unloading, stock control. 📦 Packaging and Packing Operator: work on the production line, packaging and packing of the final product. 🥣 Dough Mixer: preparation and mixing of ingredients, making doughs, handling industrial machinery. (Previous experience in baking or similar will be valued.) ✅ Requirements Immediate availability. Own car or residing near Getafe (essential to arrive for the established shifts). Previous experience in industrial or logistical environments (warehouse, production, food...). 🌟 Why work with us?
