Production Shift Leader (M/F/X) SHIFT LEADER IN PRODUCTION PROCESS (M/F/X) At Manpower, we are selecting a Shift Leader in Production Process (M/F/X) to join an international company in the metallurgical sector, located in an industrial environment and with continuous production processes. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising shift operations, ensuring compliance with production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives, in accordance with department guidelines. Functions Coordinate and supervise the activities and personnel of the shift, following the guidelines of the person responsible for the department. Ensure compliance with current Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Coordinate with department managers, technicians, supervisors, and maintenance workshops the activities necessary for the correct development of the production process. Control and inspect workstations, verifying that their operation conforms to established procedures. Supervise the correct application of Safety programs, minimizing the risk of occupational accidents. Inform the person responsible for the department about internal rejections or process deviations outside of specification. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, integrating preventive activity and developing the Prevention Plan. Requirements University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, in an industrial environment. Availability for rotating shifts. Basic level qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention. English level B2 Competencies Generic competencies Leadership and team management capacity.
