What you'll do

  • Perform administrative tasks related to accounting, payroll, mail, etc., of the center.
  • Organize and coordinate the work of the ticket office staff.
  • Cover absences, changes, and other matters related to the ticket office control staff.
  • Organize and carry out all administrative processes related to the activities and services provided.
  • Provide proper attention and information to the public at the reception desk: access control, cloakroom, ticket window,

counter (directly or by phone), regarding the location of people, places, and other aspects related to the facilities.

  • Control access and doors, requesting, when necessary, personal identification from visitors and organizing the different entry and exit times for all groups and individual attendees.
