The role

At Aqualia, a company specialised in managing the full water cycle, we are looking for a Technician profile for the Technical Office in Lleida.

What you'll do

The main duties include:

Preparing and monitoring budgets, taking measurements, carrying out economic valuations and providing support in the preparation of tenders and technical proposals.
Drafting technical reports, memoranda, supporting documentation and other documents related to the service activity.
Managing and monitoring incidents, coordinating the necessary actions for their resolution and verifying their correct execution.
Controlling and monitoring works, collaborating in the planning, supervision and closure of work carried out by in-house resources or contractor companies.
Managing work orders, ensuring their correct processing, monitoring and updating in corporate tools.
Providing administrative and documentary support to the Technical Office, keeping the technical and administrative information of the service up to date.
Supporting the Technical Department in drafting tasks, preparing and updating plans, diagrams and graphic documentation.
Maintaining and operating GIS systems, collaborating in the updating, analysis and management of geographic information on networks and facilities.
Collaborating in the preparation of monitoring reports, indicators and technical documentation, providing support to the operational and contractual management of the service.

Requirements

Required Qualification: Training as Technical Surveyor, Civil Works Technician, Draftsperson/Designer. Technical Engineering, or equivalent considered valuable.
Required Experience (indicate years and areas): Experience in preparing budgets, technical reports, drafting, technical office is considered valuable.
Essential Specific Knowledge: Advanced office software skills, calculation programmes. AutoCAD
Valuable Specific Knowledge: civil works and maintenance. Epanet, Swimm
Languages: Catalan, Spanish, English considered valuable
Other: Driving licence
