We're hiring in these locations - Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Montenegro in Europe.

The Product Owner is the single point of accountability for driving value delivery to our clients and their end customers. Your role is to understand the business problem and desired outcome from the client perspective and guide clients to the right solution to meet their needs, align stakeholders, and prescribe the highest-value path forward; as well as to ensure the engineering team is always working on the right things, at the right time, with clear outcomes.

The ideal candidate moves beyond backlog management to proactively communicating with clients, challenges assumptions, and recommends approaches aligned to business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities. This role partners closely with clients, engineering, UX, and leadership to ensure outcomes are valuable, feasible, and successfully adopted.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a primary client-facing product partner, building trust through clear recommendations and outcome-driven guidance.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints-not just feature requests.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements that are achievable through sprints and engineering milestones while remaining aligned to measurable business value.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; present trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align to desired outcomes such as adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, or customer experience improvements.
  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmap rooted in business outcomes, not just features.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, risk, and effort using data and user insights.
  • Challenge scope and assumptions to prevent overengineering and maximize ROI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align priorities across teams and leadership (including Engineering and Business stakeholders).
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment, ensuring clarity, readiness, and alignment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX to define acceptance criteria and ensure solution quality.
  • Facilitate refinement, planning, and demo sessions to maintain transparency and momentum.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and validate solutions against intended business outcomes.
  • Use metrics and delivery insights to drive predictability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategy into executable work.
  • Support presales, solution design, and client specific roadmap discussions (e.g. QBRs) as needed.
  • Contribute to product and delivery best practices, templates, and playbooks.

What success looks like in this role

  • Clients seek your advice and recommendations, not just updates

  • Solutions are aligned to clear business outcomes

  • Strong stakeholder alignment and confidence

  • High-quality delivery and increased adoption
