We are looking for a Quantum Machine Learning Engineer.

We are looking for a person passionate about artificial intelligence and quantum computing to join the AI team at ARC. You will participate in research and development projects focused on designing quantum and hybrid quantum machine learning models to solve complex time series analysis and optimization problems.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and evaluate quantum and quantum-inspired machine learning models for time series analysis and optimization problems.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advances in quantum computing, quantum machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.

  • Design new quantum and hybrid methodologies applied to real prediction and optimization problems.

  • Prepare, process, and generate real and synthetic datasets for model training and evaluation.

  • Implement classical, quantum, and hybrid models using specialized development tools.

  • Configure training strategies and optimize hyperparameters to improve model performance.

  • Participate in applied research and technology transfer activities within the ARC innovation ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing disruptive solutions based on artificial intelligence and quantum computing.

Knowledge, experience and candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

  • 3 years of experience in R&D activities related to machine learning, quantum technologies, or advanced physical systems.

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating computational models and algorithms.

  • Experience in Quantum Machine Learning, quantum-inspired methods, or hybrid classical-quantum approaches will be valued.

  • Experience in programming with Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning, and data or time series analysis.

  • Familiarity with quantum computing tools (Qiskit, PennyLane, or similar) and fundamentals of quantum machine learning.
