Job Description

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio that is transforming the approach to rare diseases. As part of the Commercial team, they will develop relationships with current and potential customers, driving knowledge and adoption of our therapeutic solutions for atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) in nephrology and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in hematology.

We are looking for a person with an interest in the scientific and pharmacological field, motivated to stay up-to-date on the latest advances, research, and publications related to our therapeutic areas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific and medical information on aHUS and PNH to opinion leaders and decision-makers.

  • Implement Alexion's commercial strategy in assigned key accounts and hospitals, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

  • Identify and communicate the needs, characteristics, and environment of key accounts.

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hospitals, key accounts, decision-makers, and influencers.
