Are you ready to build AI-native software that accelerates clinical trials and improves patient outcomes? Do you thrive in a full-stack environment where AI is a core tool, not an add-on? Join us in Barcelona to design and deliver products that power the next generation of clinical research.
In this role, you will write production code daily and take end-to-end ownership of what you ship. You will design and implement robust backend services, contribute to modern frontend experiences, and integrate AI capabilities directly into our product suite. Your work will help simplify participation in clinical trials for patients and professionals, making a measurable difference in how life-changing therapies reach those who need them.
You will also help define how engineering teams build with AI: setting conventions for AI-assisted development, establishing prompt engineering patterns, and creating quality gates for AI-generated code. Your impact will be felt immediately in product delivery and over time in the standards and practices that shape our AI-native engineering culture.
This is an in-office role based in Barcelona, ES, with a requirement to work a minimum of three days per week on-site. Remote or travel flexibility is not available.
