The role

Hours: 20 hours per week.
Salary: €14.80 + commission

Create memorable experiences by bringing our retail pillars to life - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation - always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
Connect with the Madrid community by building strong, authentic relationships with customers, turning first-time visitors into loyal customers and helping our brand feel right at home in this new city
Use your knowledge of our product and services to guide, inspire, and elevate every customer interaction in a space that celebrates creativity and experimentation
Welcome every customer with warmth and offer thoughtful styling advice-always with kindness, curiosity, and a personal touch
Deliver a retail experience that's anything but ordinary. Surprise, delight, and go the extra mile to stay ahead of the curve and set new standards in-store
