• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

To inspire and accompany the consumer in their shopping experience, driving sales and representing the brand values in every interaction.

• To offer exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and applying the adidas service model.
• To contribute to meeting and exceeding store KPIs through effective sales techniques.
• To maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• To ensure product availability through replenishment and support in Visual Merchandising implementations.
• To execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with Profit Protection procedures.
• To comply with Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and the team.
• To actively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• To complete mandatory training and apply learning in day-to-day tasks.
• To support stockroom tasks and occasionally participate in special activities such as layout changes or inventories.
