At Atos, we are strengthening our specialized team in ICT Services Governance and Management to participate in new strategic services of great relevance in Catalonia. We are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• ICT services governance and management.
• Service Management.
• Definition and maintenance of service catalogs.
• Service preparation and transition to operations.
• ITIL processes.
• ITSM tools.
• Incident, change, problem, and request management.
• Coordination between suppliers and operations teams.
• Service reporting and indicator tracking.

• SIAM certifications.
• Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2 certifications.
• Experience with BMC Helix or Remedy.

• Participation in large-scale ICT transformation and governance initiatives.
• Joining stable, long-term projects.

• Gobierno y gestión de servicios TIC.
• Service Management.
• Definición y mantenimiento de catálogos de servicios.
• Preparación y transición de servicios a operación.
• Procesos ITIL.
• Herramientas ITSM.
• Gestión de incidencias, cambios, problemas y peticiones.
• Coordinación entre proveedores y equipos de operación.
• Reporting de servicio y seguimiento de indicadores.

• Certificaciones SIAM.
• Certificaciones Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2.
• Experiencia en BMC Helix o Remedy.

• Participación en iniciativas de transformación y gobierno TIC de gran dimensión.
• Incorporación en proyectos estables y de largo recorrido.
• Desarrollo profesional en una organización líder mundial en servicios digitales.
