About the role

We are looking for a

Continuous Improvement Specialist

to drive the optimization of processes, tools, and practices within the Service Desk and OnSite support. The main objective of the role is to increase operational efficiency, improve the end-user experience, and ensure compliance with service levels through analysis, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement actions.

What you'll do

  • Analysis and continuous improvement: Review of key metrics (SLA, times, volume, FCR), detection of trends, and proposal of corrective actions.
  • Process standardization: Design, documentation, and maintenance of operating procedures (SOPs), escalation flows, and best practices.
  • Automation and optimization: Identification of opportunities to automate tasks, improve workflows, and increase the operational efficiency of the service.
  • Technology evaluation: Recommendation and validation of ITSM tools and technologies that drive service improvement.
  • User experience and training: Implementation of proactive communication actions, promotion of self-service, and coordination of training aligned with ITIL/ISO and PDCA methodologies.

Requirements

  • Education: Training in computer science, systems, or telecommunications (Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training or higher).
  • Experience: at least the last 4 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and skills:
    • Advanced knowledge in service management and ITIL frameworks.
    • Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
    • Communication and change management skills.
    • Experience with ITSM tools and analysis of operational metrics.
  • Certificates: Lean IT Foundations is mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluent Catalan, spoken and written (C1 level).
