Systems Operations Technician

• University degree or Higher-Level/Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science, Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Operations Technician, Systems Operator, IT Operations Technician, or equivalent position.
• Experience in monitoring and supporting technological infrastructures.
• Knowledge of incident management and IT service operations.
• Analytical skills and ability to resolve issues.

We are looking for a Systems Operations Technician to participate in the operation and supervision of critical technological environments, ensuring the stability, availability, and continuity of IT services.

The selected candidate will work on monitoring tasks, incident management, change tracking, and operational control, collaborating with different technical teams to ensure the proper functioning of platforms and applications.

• Perform system operation, monitoring, and control tasks following established procedures.
• Manage alerts and incidents in coordination with specialized teams.
• Update operational records, logs, reports, and service information.
• Coordinate the tracking of changes, validations, and post-implementation verifications.
• Supervise the status of platforms, services, and monitoring tools.
• Manage and track low- and medium-impact incidents until their resolution.
• Identify deviations, anomalies, or recurring problems and escalate them when necessary.
• Participate in operational tests, controlled executions, and activities derived from updates or improvements.
• Keep operational documentation and knowledge repositories up to date.
• Apply security procedures and ensure the quality of managed information.
• Ensure operational continuity and the proper daily functioning of services.
