• Manage and lead critical incidents through to resolution and final closure.
• Identify and analyze the root causes of recurring incidents.
• Coordinate actions with specialized teams, vendors, and monitoring services.
• Analyze technical information and propose preventive and corrective actions.
• Participate in the validation, preparation, and follow-up of technology changes.
• Coordinate and ensure the resolution of high-impact problems.
• Develop and review advanced technical documentation, procedures, quality controls, inventories, and operational guides.
• Provide specialized technical support.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Specialist with solid experience in IT infrastructure, critical incident resolution, and administration of complex technology environments.

The selected candidate will participate in the management of high-impact incidents, the analysis and resolution of complex problems, coordination with specialized teams, and the continuous improvement of services, processes, and tools. We are looking for a profile with a strong technical background, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

• University degree or Higher Level Training Cycle (FP) in Computer Science, Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Systems Specialist, Senior Systems Technician, or equivalent position.
• Experience in IT infrastructure administration and support.
• Ability to resolve complex incidents and perform problem analysis.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
• Languages: fluent Catalan (C1), spoken and written.
