The role
What you'll do
- Collaborates in the diagnosis of faults or breakdowns and their repair with the first-class skilled tradespeople of each specialty.
- Collaborates in the verification and control of the mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of the bus's operation.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tire changes, injectors, mirrors, light bulbs, fuel system, engine cooling, among others)
- Performs periodic inspections of the bus fleet.
- Performs basic repairs: mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical.
- Carries out the repair and/or replacement of timing belts/chains and clutches.
- Selects the machines, tools, equipment and safety measures required to carry out maintenance processes.
- Other team organisation and work coordination duties in order to develop the maintenance service according to service needs.
- Makes proper use of the tools and equipment provided by the company.
