🚀Your mission will be to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition, complying with performance standards, environmental sustainability, universal accessibility, and road and workplace safety regulations.
What you'll do
What will your main duties be?
Comprehensive Technical Execution and Diagnosis: Perform diagnosis, maintenance (preventive/corrective), and repair of all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and auxiliary vehicle systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.), ensuring precise assembly of components to prevent premature wear and guarantee operational readiness in line with the workshop manager's directives.
Safety, Accessibility, and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that every technical intervention on critical systems (brakes, steering, and safety systems, etc.) and accessibility elements strictly complies with road safety protocols, occupational health regulations, and environmental standards for waste handling.
Workshop Operations Management and Continuous Improvement: Efficiently manage tools and material inventory, and coordinate technical efforts across departments to minimize downtime, report incidents, and propose improvements to maintenance processes.
You will be responsible for:
Ensure buses are in optimal operating condition, meeting client requirements, user expectations, and Grupo Ruiz quality standards.
Minimize downtime through efficient maintenance.
Comply with quality and safety standards in all interventions.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Respect environmental and safety regulations when handling waste and hazardous materials.
Report any serious issue that could compromise vehicle operability.
