The role

The Project
As a Travel Intern, you will work alongside our Corporate Services team, supporting the coordination of business travel for AWWG employees. With guidance from the team, you will help organise travel arrangements, assist with employee queries and support the administrative and reporting tasks behind our corporate travel programme. Your contribution will help ensure a smooth travel experience while keeping bookings aligned with company policy and budgets.
This internship offers hands-on experience within the global fashion group behind Pepe Jeans London, Hackett London and Façonnable. It is an opportunity to explore a career in corporate travel or corporate services, learning from experienced colleagues and contributing to the team's daily work.

You will gain practical insight into how corporate travel is organised within an international fashion group, with support and guidance from the team as you build your skills.

  • Corporate travel operations: Understand how bookings, travel policies, platforms, agencies and suppliers work together to support employees travelling for business.
  • Traveller support: Learn how to respond to common travel queries, assist with changes and recognise when to involve the agency or a more experienced team member.
  • Data and cost awareness: Develop experience in organising travel data, checking invoices and contributing to reports that help the team monitor costs and service performance.
  • Supplier and internal coordination: Build confidence in communicating with travel providers and internal teams, following up on requests and keeping information accurate.
  • Communication and organisation: Strengthen your English and Spanish communication skills, learn to prioritise tasks and become familiar with travel platforms and reporting tools.
  • Working alongside an experienced team, you will develop valuable skills in coordination, problem-solving and cost management, building a strong foundation for a career in travel management, operations or corporate services.

What you'll do

  • Assist with business travel bookings, including flights, trains, hotels and car rentals, through our corporate travel platform and travel agency.
  • Help employees with routine travel queries, booking changes and cancellations, working with the agency and referring more complex issues to the team.
  • Support coordination with hotels and other travel suppliers on reservations, rates and group bookings for meetings, trade shows and events.
  • Help check bookings against the corporate travel policy and flag any exceptions to the team for review and approval.
  • Help keep traveller profiles, preferred supplier lists and travel guidelines up to date.
  • Assist with reviewing agency invoices and travel expenses, and support reconciliation tasks in collaboration with Finance.
  • Help compile travel data and reports on spend, booking volumes and policy compliance, supporting the team in identifying potential savings and service improvements.
  • Contribute to practical communications and guidance that help employees use the travel platform and understand the travel policy.
