About the role

MISSION Lead, coordinate, and develop the implementation of the comprehensive strategic approach to operational resilience and incident management at AXA Spain, including the governance and oversight of related activities. Ensure the continuity of critical services in the face of operational, technological, or external disruptions, aligning resilience with strategy, risk, and regulation (e.g., DORA). Coordinate the response to and resolution of major incidents, ensuring effective management aligned with business objectives and regulations. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and ensure the quality of all end-to-end processes and deliverables related to Business Continuity, including risk analysis, BIA, BCPs, strategies, and recovery plans. Prepare all necessary documentation for effective real-time crisis management, including high-risk scenarios, communication procedures, crisis management protocols, post-incident reports, and lessons learned. Coordinate and ensure alignment between the IT service continuity strategy and business requirements, in close collaboration with specialized technology teams. Ensure regulatory compliance in matters of resilience and continuity, aligning with frameworks such as DORA and EIOPA regulations. Coordinate with the second line of defense, especially with the CSO (Corporate Security Officer) team, to align objectives and implement actions in operational resilience and incident management. PROFILE Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, IT, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Security Management or Resilience is a plus. Experience: More than 5 years in operational resilience management, information security, IT auditing, or similar related fields. Prior experience in incident management, crisis management, and business continuity plans within insurance or financial environments. Knowledge: Operational resilience and business continuity management. Regulations: DORA, EIOPA, and sector-specific regulations. Risk analysis, BIA, recovery plans, and crisis management. Incident and continuity management tools and methodologies. Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken. Soft Skills: Ability to effectively manage stakeholders at different levels (e.g., executive committee, technology, business). Strategic vision and deep understanding of insurance sector processes.
