Network and Security Engineer (Infrastructure, Networks, and Telecommunications)

MISSION Contribute to the capacity and development of AXA IT, applying technical knowledge to ensure that infrastructures are designed, implemented, and maintained with the expected levels of performance and quality. Additionally, in the network domain, ensure the correct and efficient implementation, operational support, maintenance, and optimization of all network components (hardware, software, and communication links) to maintain optimal performance aligned with the organization's objectives. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement standards and practices in service delivery. Act as the technical and functional reference in your area, providing support and technical advisory. Analyze and design both technical and functional solutions within your area of expertise. Design, provision, and maintain network infrastructures and servers, ensuring their performance and availability. Participate in project or service initiatives, ensuring proper execution and management. Perform installations, configurations, and updates of infrastructure and network components, following standards and best practices. Manage the monitoring and performance of network components, identifying and resolving incidents. Participate in migration and optimization projects for architectures in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with security, operations, and development teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of solutions. PROFILE Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other related technical fields. Experience: Proven experience in infrastructure and networks, including support and maintenance, preferably in corporate environments. Knowledge: Architecture, design, provisioning, and maintenance of network infrastructures and servers. Network technologies Aruba LAN/NAC, FortiGate LAN/FW, SDWAN routing (BGP, OSPF). F5 technologies (APM, LTM, WAF ASM). Firewalls and perimeter security. Cloud: AWS, Azure. Automation, scripting, and monitoring techniques. Operating systems at an administration level. Desirable Certifications: F5 (F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator or similar) Aruba (LAN/NAC certification) Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, or similar) Languages: Advanced English. Soft Skills Strong synthesis skills and effective communication abilities. Ability to interact with different levels, including end users and technical teams. Results-oriented mindset. Contribuir a la capacidad y al desarrollo de AXA IT, aplicando conocimientos técnicos para asegurar que las infraestructuras se diseñan, implementan y mantienen con los niveles esperados de rendimiento y calidad. Además, en el ámbito de redes, garantizar la correcta y eficiente implementación, soporte operativo, mantenimiento y optimización de todos los componentes de red (hardware, software y enlaces de comunicación), para mantener un rendimiento óptimo y alineado con los objetivos de la organización.

• Desarrollar e implementar normas y prácticas en la prestación del servicio.
• Actuar como referente técnico y funcional en su área, proporcionando soporte y asesoramiento técnico.
• Analizar y diseñar soluciones tanto técnicas como funcionales en su ámbito de especialización.
• Diseñar, aprovisionar y mantener infraestructuras de red y servidores, asegurando su rendimiento y disponibilidad.
• Participar en iniciativas en modelos de proyecto o servicio, asegurando la correcta ejecución y gestión.
• Realizar instalaciones, configuraciones y actualizaciones de componentes de infraestructura y red, siguiendo los estándares y mejores prácticas.
• Gestionar la monitorización y el rendimiento de los componentes de red, identificando y resolviendo incidencias.
• Participar en proyectos de migración y optimización de arquitecturas en entornos Cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Implementar soluciones de automatización y scripting para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
• Colaborar con los equipos de seguridad, operaciones y desarrollo para asegurar la integración y compatibilidad de las soluciones.

PERFIL
Formación:

• Licenciatura en Informática, Telecomunicaciones u otras carreras técnicas relacionadas.
• Experiencia demostrada en infraestructura y redes, incluyendo soporte y mantenimiento, preferiblemente en entornos corporativos.
• Arquitectura, diseño, aprovisionamiento y mantenimiento de infraestructuras de red y servidores.
• Tecnologías de redes Aruba LAN/NAC, Forti LAN/FW, SDWAN routing (BGP, OSPF).
• Tecnologías F5 BIG-IP (APM, LTM, WAF ASM).
• Firewalls y seguridad perimetral.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure.
• Técnicas de automatización, scripting y monitorización.
• Sistemas operativos a nivel de administración.

• F5 (F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator o similar)
• Aruba (certificación en LAN/NAC)
• Cisco (CCNA, CCNP o similares)

• Inglés avanzado.

• Capacidad de síntesis y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
