We are looking for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in on-premises and cloud network environments, with solid knowledge of network infrastructure and configuration, perimeter security, advanced troubleshooting, and task automation.

Main tasks:
- Resolve project requests, including domains such as hybrid network architectures, traffic filtering rule management, DNS configuration, SSL and SSO certificate management, among others.
- Provide support and validate network connectivity configurations between on-premises and cloud environments (mainly AWS).
- Create and maintain technical documentation reflecting the processes and standards used by the network team in service operations.
- Participate in change windows and cutovers for network configurations or connectivity validations (when required) remotely.
- Act as support for complex incidents (when required) remotely.
- Work in parallel with other teams on deployment projects and the joint configuration of new internal communication systems or those with partners and third parties.

Technical profile:
- We are looking for solid experience in networks/communications, both in on-premises deployments and cloud-based environments.
- University degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or similar.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in networks/communications (TCP/IP, routing/switching, structured troubleshooting methodologies, firewalls and load balancers, DNS, SSL and certificates). Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP are highly valued.
- Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (preferably) or other cloud technologies. Certifications such as AWS Networking Specialty are highly valued.
- Observability and monitoring of connectivity and systems, with knowledge of tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, among others.
- Knowledge of technologies corresponding to domains such as Firewall (Palo Alto valued), load balancing (F5), and DDI (Bluecat).
- Experience in ITSM operations (ServiceNow valued). Knowledge of the incident/request lifecycle, prioritization, and communication.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills, both within and across teams.
- Conversational English level, to deal with vendors and documentation.

Buscamos profesionales con entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en entornos de redes on-premises y cloud, con sólidos conocimientos en infraestructura y configuración de red, seguridad perimetral, troubleshooting avanzado, y automatización de tareas relacionadas.

Tareas principales:
- Resolver peticiones de proyecto, incluyendo dominios como arquitecturas de red híbridas, gestión de reglas de filtrado de tráfico, configuración DNS, gestión de certificados SSL y SSO, entre otros.
- Dar soporte y validar configuraciones de conectividad de red entre ambientes on-premises y en la nube (principalmente AWS).
- Crear y mantener documentación técnica que refleje los procesos y estándares utilizados por el equipo de redes en la operación del servicio.
- Participar en ventanas de cambio y cutover para configuraciones de red o validaciones de conectividad (cuando sea necesario) de manera remota.
- Actuar como soporte para incidencias complejas (cuando sea necesario) de manera remota.
- Trabajar en paralelo a otros equipos en proyectos de despliegue y configuración conjunta de nuevos sistemas de comunicación internos o hacia partners y terceros.

Perfil técnico:
- Buscamos experiencia sólida en redes/comunicaciones, tanto en despliegues on-premises como en ambientes cloud-based.
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería en Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas de Información o similar.
- Experiencia práctica de al menos 3 años en redes/comunicaciones (TCP/IP, routing/switching, metodologías estructuradas de troubleshooting, firewalls y load-balancers, DNS, SSL y certificados). Muy valorables certificaciones como Cisco CCNA/CCNP.
- Experiencia práctica en Amazon Web Services (preferentemente) u otras tecnologías de nube. Muy valorables certificaciones como AWS Networking Specialty.
- Observabilidad y monitorización de conectividad y sistemas, con conocimiento en herramientas como Splunk, CloudWatch, entre otros.
- Conocimiento de tecnologías correspondientes a dominios como Firewall (valorable Palo Alto), load-balancing (F5), y DDI (Bluecat).
