What we're looking for
Required training
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar.
Complementary training in Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, or similar) will be valued.
Experience
Between 0 and 3 years of experience in industrial environments.
Experience in production line implementation projects, process improvement, or industrial project management will be valued.
Nice to have
Industrial project management.
Interpretation of industrial blueprints and layouts.
Planning tools (MS Project or other similar ones).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate/high level of English.
AutoCAD, MS Project.
Power BI, desirable.
The role
Position Objective
Provide support to the Engineering Director in the planning, coordination, and execution of new industrial facility projects and new production lines, participating in all project phases, from the definition of needs to commissioning, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and the company's safety standards.
What you'll do
Responsibilities and duties
- Project management and monitoring: Provide support to the Engineering Director in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of new facility and production line projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and objectives.
- Implementation of new production lines: Participate in the definition of plant layout, technical specifications, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and production processes.
- Cross-functional coordination: Act as a liaison between the different internal departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Prevention) and external suppliers to guarantee the correct execution of projects.
- Project control and documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, monitor indicators, identify risks, and propose improvement actions during project execution.
- Continuous improvement: Collaborate in the optimization of industrial processes and in the implementation of new methodologies and engineering standards.
