What you'll do

You will be part of the HR Labor Department at the IMAN Temporing Headquarters, where your mission will be to ensure efficient and high-quality labor management. To do this, you will be responsible for:

Managing payroll, payments, advances, and regularizations for personnel on assignment at a national level.
Processing and monitoring absenteeism.
Managing social security through SILTRA.
Interpreting and updating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Controlling and processing workplace accidents through Delt@ and Cont@.
Managing registrations and cancellations through the RED System.
Resolving labor and legal inquiries from our offices throughout Spain.
