Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical Degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Electrical or Automation.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (automotive sector ideal).

Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLCs (AWL, SCL, WinCC Flexible).

Advanced user of Office, ERP/CRM, and technical software (WScad, PLCs).

Valuable: knowledge of robotics (Fanuc, Kawasaki), experience in Lean, and team leadership.

English is a plus.

Flexible and proactive profile, with adaptability and a focus on teamwork.

What you'll do

Your role will be key to guaranteeing the efficiency, safety, and availability of the electrical installations. You will design technical improvements, participate in new electrical projects, and provide direct support to the maintenance area to resolve breakdowns and optimize processes.

Design and implement electrical solutions that improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of the equipment.

Support the resolution of electrical, electronic, and automation breakdowns.

Collaborate on preventive maintenance plans and the update of the CMMS system.

Analyze incidents and propose improvements in maintenance processes.

Forecast and manage electrical and electronic spare parts.

Participate in innovation and continuous improvement projects.
