TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT AT BALLESOL - Elderly Care

Do you live in Spain and would you like to work in elderly care, but you do not yet have the necessary training? At Ballesol we want to help you take the first step.

Through different training programs with collaborating entities and academies, you will have the opportunity to obtain the OFFICIAL professional certificate in social and healthcare assistance and to learn the profession of Geriatric Care Assistant by completing internships at one of our centers, with the possibility of later joining our teams.

In addition, you will supplement your training with Ballesol's own content led by expert professionals from the company.

• Official specialized training in social and healthcare assistance for dependent individuals.

We are looking for people with a vocation for caring for the elderly and a desire to develop professionally, who have:

• Availability to complete the training and internships on the dates established for each intake.
• A valid work permit in Spain.
• Residence anywhere in Spain, as we have programs in different locations depending on each intake.
