The role

Caser Servicios wants to incorporate several elderly care assistants into its team within the Caser Residencial business for the care center in León.

What you'll do

Personal hygiene of users.
Assistance with feeding.
Performing postural changes.
Accompanying users.
Ensuring all basic needs of the person are covered: clothing, feeding, hydration, elimination, leisure, relationships, etc.

Requirements

Possess one of the following qualifications

Advanced Vocational Training in Auxiliary Nursing Care.
Advanced Vocational Training in Care for People in Situations of Dependency.
Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.

Valuable:

Training in geriatrics.

Previous experience with elderly and/or dependent people.

Knowledge of hygiene, mobilization, feeding, and safety protocols.

Basic knowledge of frequent pathologies in elderly people.

Key skills

Empathy and resident orientation.
