What you'll do

Care for, accompany, and assist residents in their daily activities, always seeking their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Collaborate in the development and support of therapies, following the instructions of the healthcare staff and the direct care team.
Serve and assist with breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and other meals, as well as keeping residents' personal belongings clean and in good condition.
Accompany residents on walks and activities, and help them when going to bed or getting up, especially those with reduced mobility.
Perform residents' personal hygiene.
Carry out the necessary mobilizations to promote comfort and prevent complications derived from immobility.
Communicate any incidents or changes in the resident's condition to the nursing or supervision team.
