• Ensure proper cleaning and good condition of all guest-use tableware.
• Take charge of maintaining the facilities under their responsibility.
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwasher machine, hand-washing stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Use detergent, disinfectant, and rinse chemical products.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
