Bar Manager - Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

• Supervise the service provided in the hotel's various bars.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Supervise guest billing, cash register points, bar setup, and physical inventories of beverages and supplies.
• Control beverage costs and yields.
• Report housekeeping deficiencies in the lounges to the Head Housekeeper.
• Prepare daily bar orders, verifying that received goods match the order slips.
• Assist in creating beverage menus by advising management and proposing new measures (cocktails) to offer in the bars.
• Receive information on cost and production deviations relative to the budget.
• Propose appropriate measures to management to improve service quality.
• Convene meetings with the staff under their supervision.
• Propose sanctions and promotions for the staff under their supervision.
• Collaborate in the selection of their staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and working hours for the bar personnel, reporting hires, departures, and absences.

• Preparation of cost breakdowns and cocktail specification sheets.

• Department cost control.

• Supervise pool service and the Pool Concierge team.

• Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Hospitality.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.

Regular

• Supervisar el servicio que se realiza en los distintos bares del establecimiento.
• Controlar la observancia de las Normas de Seguridad e Higiene.
• Supervisar la facturación a clientes, los puntos de "caja", el montaje de los bares y los inventarios físicos de bebidas y material.
• Controlar el rendimiento de las bebidas.
• Informar a la Gobernanta de las deficiencias en la limpieza de salones.
• Confeccionar diariamente los pedidos de los bares, controlando si las mercancías recibidas coinciden con los vales de los pedidos.
• Colaborar en la confección de cartas de bebidas asesorando a la Dirección y proponer nuevas medidas (cócteles) para ofrecer en los bares.
• Recibir información sobre desviaciones en costes y producción, en relación con el presupuesto.
• Proponer a la Dirección las medidas oportunas para mejorar la calidad en el servicio.
• Convocar reuniones con el personal a sus órdenes.
• Proponer sanciones y promociones del personal a sus órdenes.
• Colaborar en la selección de su personal.
• Confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal de bares, informando de las altas, bajas y ausencias.

• Elaboración de escandallos y fichas técnicas de coctelería.

• Control de costes del departamento.

• Supervisar el servicio de piscinas y la plantilla de Pool Concierge.
