What you'll do
Job Mission: Manage and lead the bar team, guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional customer service, correct inventory administration, and compliance with established quality standards.
Functions:
a. Relating to team management:
Lead, motivate, and coordinate the bar team, assigning tasks and supervising their fulfillment.
Foster a collaborative and professional environment among team members.
Train staff in cocktail techniques and the establishment's service standards.
b. Relating to bar operation:
Guarantee the correct preparation of cocktails and drinks according to quality standards.
Manage bar stock, including inventories, orders, and cost control.
Supervise the cleaning and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Attend to customer requests and incidents, ensuring their satisfaction.
Perform billing and customer collection accurately.
Manage relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely and efficient supply.
