The role
At Aquaservice we are growing and we want to bring on board a Plastics Processing Technician to strengthen our industrial team.
We are looking for a technical profile with experience in plastic manufacturing and processing who wants to participate in the continuous improvement of our production processes, the implementation of new industrial solutions, and the optimization of our production plants. If you have worked with any type of plastic and have a solid technical foundation in industrial processes, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
You will be the technical reference for plastics processing, working closely with the Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize processes, implement technical improvements, and ensure maximum efficiency across our industrial facilities.
Your work will have a direct impact on several production plants, with the Graus (Huesca) plant as the main base of operations.
- Analyze and improve plastics processing and transformation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Take part in the implementation of new processes, machinery, and technologies.
- Analyze technical incidents and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical support to the Production and Maintenance teams in resolving incidents.
- Collaborate on the commissioning and validation of new facilities and equipment.
- Take part in industrialization and process improvement projects.
- Drive initiatives to optimize costs, reduce waste, and improve process performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and standardize working procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to implement technical improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Actively participate in industrial innovation projects.
How you'll work
Place of residence is not a requirement. However, it will be essential to have availability to travel regularly to our production plants, mainly to Graus (Huesca), as well as to make occasional trips to other facilities as projects require.
