We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with experience in the industrial sector (electrical installations) to join one of our teams in Huesca.

• Supervise the on-site execution of electrical installations, including medium voltage, low voltage, and critical systems associated with data centers.
• Verify that work is executed in accordance with engineering designs, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and client standards.
• Carry out daily monitoring of on-site activity, detecting technical deviations, interferences, or construction issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during construction in coordination with the technical office and engineering team.
• Manage technical queries (RFIs) and follow up on responses and their correct implementation in the field.
• Review IFC drawings, construction drawings, electrical schematics, and project technical documentation.
• Coordinate design modifications arising from construction needs detected during execution.
• Participate in follow-up meetings with the client, project management, engineering team, and contractors.
• Supervise the correct installation of critical equipment.
• Verify compliance with quality procedures and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and occupational risk prevention on site.

The person will act as a technical liaison between the construction team and the technical office, ensuring that execution is carried out in accordance with the approved engineering design, project quality standards, safety requirements, and the established schedule.

Their main responsibility will be to supervise the correct implementation of the electrical systems in the data center, identify deviations or technical issues during construction, and coordinate with the technical office on the definition and implementation of the necessary solutions.

• Electrical or industrial technical engineering degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial projects, both in technical office roles and on-site supervision at plants.
• Experience in engineering supervision.
• Experience supervising the execution of electrical installation works in LV/MV.
• Verification that work is being executed in accordance with engineering designs.
• Review of drawings, electrical schematics, and project technical documentation.
• B2 level of English is a plus.
• Own vehicle required to travel to the facilities.
