What we're looking for

A dynamic person, with initiative and a great capacity for teamwork, with at least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service and sales.

The role

We are a leading company in the gift and entertainment sector, and we are looking for staff for the position of Shop Assistant on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, in morning and afternoon shifts in our stores in Alicante.

What you'll do

The main functions to be performed are:

- Guaranteeing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

- Maintaining the store image, ensuring good presentation and preservation of products.

- Placement and organization of merchandise according to concept, preparation and implementation of campaigns, product replenishment, popcorn making.

- Cleaning of displays, popcorn machine and the store in general.

- Management and maintenance of the warehouse.

- Resolving incidents.
