• Update all component receiving movements in the SAP system.

• Perform and control the entire process of additional tooth orders, from the receipt of the request to the acceptance of the invoice that will be sent to BIH for subsequent payment.

• Execute the daily upload of both automatic and manual production in SAP for the finished product delivered to the tooth and supervise its correct operation.

• Supervise the performance of daily cycle counts with the objective of ensuring the reliability of the SAP system information.

• Collaborate in the performance of general inventories according to the planning carried out by the Production and Logistics Management.

• Review component stocks daily to identify risk situations and act towards the resolution of said situation.

• Analyze the needs of the tooth (spare parts, modules) in the short and medium term to be able to carry out the planning of components and production at the Vitoria plant.

• Perform the procedure for supplying spare parts to the tooth, from their analysis and issuance of delivery notes to the organization of transport.

• Plan component deliveries by suppliers through MRPs and weekly load plans.

• Ensure that suppliers are not delayed in deliveries and ensure compliance with the schedule.

• Manage all transport based on the delivery planning (MRPs) in accordance with the general guidelines set by BIH, seeking the optimization of cycles and routes to minimize transport costs.

• Collaborate with the BIH Administration department by verifying both component and transport invoices for subsequent accounting. - Organize and control the return cycle of empty containers to the supplier.

• Organize truck loading and unloading with the logistics operators (forklift drivers).

• Supervise compliance with ODETTE regulations (labeling of component packaging).

• Supervise that the documentation accompanying the deliveries is complete and correct and subsequently proceed with its entry into the SAP system.

• Completion and sending of logistics claims to suppliers.

• Collaborate with the Quality and Environment Department in the management of inert and hazardous waste.

• All these described activities will be carried out under the Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards described in the "Quality, Environment, and Safety Manual"
